Goldman Sachs runs a community program that allows employees to take a day out of the office to volunteer at local organizations. This campaign of posters and collateral invites employees to participate in the program by showing photography of fellow employees at these events. At the end of the season, each volunteer recieves a 'Thanks You' flag as a token of appreciation.
