The IBM Human Capabilities presentation acted as a large welcoming animation for a conference on the changing workplace. The piece was designed to be viewed briefly with quick facts building up to introduce attendees to the issues of the changing workplace where employees will be retiring at a later age creating a different landscape and user group for the typical office. The animation was developed in Flash and ran approximately three minutes.
