The American Express Next Chapter Forum is an updated component of the American Express intranet. The client chose to update this section to help drive discussion surrounding changes in the company. A secondary goal of this redesign was to take an initial attempt at redefining how the larger intranet should look and function. Modeled after community sites such as Digg, the intranet was intended to allow for user voting and inspire conversation by bringing up most recent/popular conversation to the surface as well as features such as Question of the Week and Amex news.
